Paulie Gatto (that "Strutz") was shot classic mob execution style with 3 in the back in the head by Rocco Lampone in Paulie's own car, while Clemenza had Paulie who was driving pull over so he could take a leak.
Interesting piece of trivia involved in the scene: is what famous landmark is visible to the audience during the Paulie Gatto Execution?
BTW what got Paulie killed was he sold out The Godfather to the wily Turk Sollozzo and almost got him killed in the fruit stand ambush.

"there Was this Kid who I Grew up with....as much as anyone I loved him....later on, he had an idea , to Build a resting stop in a desert for Gi's before they went to the west coast. That Kid'sname was MO GReene. The city he Invented was Las vegas. this was a Great Man. This was a Man of Vision and Guts And there isn't a Plaque or a signpost or a Statue of Him.

No Tessio is correct, I must of missed that post when I went out a little while ago. I just found it.
Tesio we don't actually see being killed but instead he is taken for a ride by a cadre of sodati led by Willi Cicci after Tom Hagen busts him for setting up a bogus meeting between Michael and Barzini in Brooklyn "where he would be safe". Tessio begs Hagen to get him off the hook for old time sake but it's no go for Sal, who made the mistake of choosing Barzini over the underestimated (at the time) Michael Corleone. The last we see of Tessio is the boys loading him into the back seat of a car for his "ride". Coppola leaves the rest to the imagination.

The five dons may or may not have been at the wedding, the only one that is in an actual scene was Don Barzini so it is hard to count the other 4 Dons as being part of the answer to the original questions which is
"Name all of the characters who had scenes during the wedding that were not alive at the very end of the movie".
The others you mention are all correct along with Don Barzini who had the brief scene with the photographer at the wedding.
Plus Don Corleone is one of the heads of the Five Familes and he also counts as one of the five Dons. The other three do get killed at the end but were no where to be seen at the wedding.
