Zit backpedaled a little which is smart because it sure seemed like this thread was started to throw doubt at all the hate towards the cop. Implying those taking
Talking bad about him should think again.

I stand by everything I said in this thread 100%.

The trolls can try to spin it all they want.

It was an edited TV show.
The lefty socialist Dems and media/press/Hollywood et al incited mass mob action, looting, arson, assaults.... before the facts were available.
Paid agitators were ready to go immediately.
Makes me sick.
But, YES, if:

  • Floyd had a hard drug in his body
  • was alive when he left the street on the way to the hospital
  • the second autopsy confirms there was no damage from the officer's knee on the back of Floyd's neck
The officer is innocent of a crime, though he will never be a policeman again.

To no ones surprise. You are wrong and you continue to be wrong.

Carry on. You’re a whacko.

Putting aside all the useless banter, what the preliminary results the official autopsy does
is cast reasonable doubt as to whether Chauvin is responsible for the death of Floyd.
A jury of his peers will at some point have to make that decision.

All the prosecutors need to do is focus on how long he kneeled on him while he was handcuffed and subdued, make that the highlight of the trial. There is no way he walks..... Point out the fact he kneeled on him with his hands in his own pockets, if Floyd was such a threat, he wouldnt be casually kneeling on him that way for such an extended period of time.

Blacks need to get better diets, exercise and stop using drugs - if the cop did this to me I would be mad but I’d shake it off

Don't really care one way or the other. Having said that if I was on the jury
I'd vote to convict because I think Chauvin is a bad cop.

It looked to me that he was enjoying kneeling on Floyd neck.

You guys know what FZ is saying here.

The cop deserved to be arrested and charged but the autopsy results present a separate challenge for the prosecuting attorneys. Not that it can't be overcome but it adds a layer of complexity.

This is all FZ was saying. Seemed pretty clear to me.

So if Floyd had terminal cancer, the pig did him a favor and should walk away scot free?

No wonder even your friends are calling you two dumb and dumber.

IF:

  1. hard drugs in Floyd's system
  2. 2nd autopsy, no asphyxiation, no signs of trauma to the critical areas
  3. Floyd died after he was taken from the scene
Then the officer is innocent, worse case for him manslaughter 2 with light sentence

If this cop isn’t convicted of murder of any degree, stand by.....you will not be happy to see what happens....

,
Agree. He might even be guilty of a lessor charge , but country probably needs him to be sacrificed
