What are Gas prices like for you guys?

I heard that prices are going to shoot up this summer. Any validity in that?

1.66 this Am for regular. Dont matter. People will buy it at $5 a gallon to go to disney world, 1000 miles away.

I think I paid $1.59 last time out in KC.

$1.57 per G here on Friday. But it will be a penny or two cheaper on Monday. (They know when to jack up the price). All well planned!

On an international level --- even the high prices in the US are relatively cheap.

 

I was doing the math today....

This HORRIBLE gas we get in CR is about 290 colones per liter. 3.6 liters per gallon and 420 colones per dollar.

290*3.6=1044
1044/420=$2.49

Basically, the gas quality is about 1/2 of the quality of the gas in the states and we pay $2.50 a gallon in CR. Amazing.

Jake you where closer then my 2.5 litres in a gallon. Looking it up found 3.78 litres in U.S gallon

In Mexico it is about 2.49 pesos per gallon. Which isn't too bad compared to some other countries but imo the prices are gonna go up

A quick note on gas, and the inability of people to evaluate what is expensive, what is cheap.

People will pay $2 for 16 ounces of water. And they will smile to do so. They will play $4 for a hyped cup of coffee. More smiles. $1.59 for a coke. No problem.

But if they have to pay $2/ GALLON for gas, they lose their minds.

Water and pepsi costs more than gasoline. WAKE UP PEOPLE. Gas is really, really cheap.
