It's clearly evolved from wishful thinking of Tiny's critics into an increasingly apparent and sobering display for more of America to see on a daily basis
1) Tiny has been seen in public a total of just 19.5 hrs (including G7 in France) over past 10 weeks. His family & aides are trying everything to keep him hidden but in the end he is still POTUS and his crumbling ego and hysterical ranting gets him in front of cameras for a few minutes a couple times weekly and then we see events like his digging in on his Hurricane Will Hit Alabama riff and using a sharpie to change the weather map, followed by "I don't know, I don't know, I don't know..." when challenged by reporters.
2) His rage tweeting is 3 to 5x the pace of just 90 days ago. He is screaming and yelling at WH staff and visitors and everyone is staggered without answers as to how best to respond.
FTD only goes one direction - a steady downward spiral. Tiny would be best served by a couple days of intense medical review at a top clinic like Mayo but of course "the healthiest man in POTUS history" will never comply because he and family know any such examination is a one-way ride to Minnesota and from there into a 25th Amendment final outcome to his sad and pitiful 32 months in office
