One bad tenant can get you into a lot of shit, got out before that could happen, also thought the property value was at a peak when the Indian girl ( Segufta) decided to move on and get married. I did notice the family was very protective, about 20 came with her to look at the condo before rental was signed.
Honkie dude with a black wife in there previously was great too. Both tenants were chemists at Pfizer, and Honkie's wife is now a doctor.
