Starbucks is the devil. Really got to be an idiot to spend 5 bucks on a cup of coffee and you don't even deserve to have money if you do that each morning. The same company that charges these ridiculous prices are also screwing over the country that supplies them these coffee beans. Ethiopian farmers are getting cheated big time. already a poverty stricken country, these people are barely getting enough money to cover the cost of production. how much richer would we all be if we eliminated spending like this? Could probably afford to retire 10 years earlier!

but remember greed is good. I wish I knew what I know now back at the start up of this franchise. would have purchased some dam stock!

I read an article on the guys who farm the beans just the other day.

For what you pay for 1 beverage at starbucks is an entire day of pay for them.

If you ever get into the coffee business just remember you want to be the guy who sells it and not picks it.

Yes. That's it. Cà phê sữa đá. Kind of hard to drink Starbucks with that stuff around. $2.20 for a small cup at Lee's Sandwiches.

I refuse-REFUSE-to patronize Starbucks, probably because my sister has become such a Starbucks snob. Thinks the company is the greatest on earth (they're good, but by no means perfect), got her son his first job there. She won't even go to a Starbucks that's located inside another enterprise, like at a grocery store. Has to be a stand-alone Starbucks.

Besides, I don't drink coffee.
