Doug are u have a successful 2006 gambling campaign?
Not a stellar year so far J. I've avoided the outright losses with book failures costing me money. It's a way down year for me getting bonus money opening accounts, and re-ups. I just can't get re-up money from places like Mansion, Matchbook, Pinny, Skybook, etc. I'm about toast for new account one time bonuses, unless I dig way down to bad books, I know are too risky ( esp. now) !
I have a fair amount of futures, which my accounting methods consider to be a loss as soon as I bet them.
I'm up with all that taken into consideration, but it changes dramatically daily and weekly. I do a lot of parlays on somewhat related things ( don't ask) that can change things a lot in a day.
Overall I'd say it is harder to win now than a year ago, it's getting more generic... beat the 52.38% against -110, or whatever against -105.
Changing methods is always an option, take leads on openers more, for example.
Real time scalping has become harder, you need to lead at least somewhat, IMO.
I should probably work harder and extend more into props.
