Germany will be missing too many pieces. Host nation Les Bleus will get it done. Line is France PK -118. I believe it will move to France -.5 by NOON EST.

No Hummels, No Khedira, No Gomez, Schwini isn't 100%. I'd rather him play so that Pogba can have a go at him.

Giroud has has been phenomenal this tournament; Payet technical ability has created so many opportunities; and Greizman as well.

France has too many weapons in this tactical chess match. If France scores first, they will end up winning 2-0 when Germany presses. If France goes down a goal, the have the crowd, composure, and talent to regroup and draw level.

Germany will keep the middle third compact so we might not see a goal in the first half...

My guess is that Giroud bangs home a header, Greizman to beat Neuer 1v1 late in the match off a counter attack

I quite disagree with you. With Khedira and Shwini out, Emre Can will have a chance to play and for me he is better deffensively than both of them. Hummels will be replaced by Howentes as central defender, Kimmich will get back to playing right fullback and Muller will go to replace Gomez with Draixler taking his position as peripheral striker.

Here is a possible Germany line up:

Noiwer
Kimmich, Howentes, Boateng (or Moustafi if he is not ready), Ektor
Kroos, Ozil, Draixler, Gotze, Emre Can
Muller

Here are a few points to consider:

1) Germany has yet to concede a single goal in regular play. They have pnly conceded one and that was vs Italy out of the dump thing Boateng did.
2) The key players for Germany are none of those missing. As long as Kroos and Ozil are in there, Germany has the brains. What remains to be seen is whether they also have the brawn.
3) The key feature of the game will be ball possession. Both teams are dependant on keeping and circulating the ball until they find the gap for a lateral pass that will create the opportunity to score. Whoever keeps the ball longer will stand a better chance of winning.
4) There is a huge difference between Noier and Lorris.
5) Muller has not scored yet. And it is about time that he scored.

My bet will be for draw in regulation, overtime and penalty shoot out where Germany will win.

You make some good points, but my head is saying France

France to win in extra time +800
France 2-0 +1200
Giroud to score
Pogba to score
Griezmann to score

Emre Can is mehhh. Germany will press France in the middle third as much as possible and squeeze them all game...

0-0s at half, France breaks them down and adds insurance via Griezmann 1v1 when Germant throws the kitchen sink at them.

I agree with most of this, especially the first paragraph. I'm not as impressed with Germany's defense, as they've faced several inept offensive sides throughout this tournament, although they do have best goalkeeper in the world behind them. This French attack will be unlike anything the Germans faced in this tournament and during their WC run for that matter.

On the other end though, the French back line is quite suspect and will be one of the weaker units the Germans have faced. Ozil, Kroos and Draxler have to be licking thier chops to run at this unit and should find exponentially more opening than they did against the Italians, but they can't push as far forward as they did against Italy with the players behind the front four because there is much higher probability of getting burned on the counter against the French.

Muller is just a mess right now, per usual in the EURO. I can't recall a player be so dominant in one tourney (WC) and a complete disaster in another (EURO). It's not like this is a new thing either, he was horrendous in the last EURO as well and just seems lost. He certainly had the class to turn it around, but I'm not optimistic.

Best of luck whatever you decide.
