Oh yeah that looks very good. Has a "Thai" look to it which I love Thai Food. Appears as though this dish could be a bit "spicy" which to me would be great. :toast:

Yeah, Thai Food among the best in the World, no doubt. For those who like Spice and Diversity that is. Technology will only truly impress me when we get to a place where you'd be able to Fax me a Bowl of that.

If so lets keep it to ourselves, shall we? scott is a valuable poster and what a shame it'd be to lose him over the theft of soup bowls from a Hollywood Prop Dept.

I guess he could maybe still post from the "Big House" though.

Here's an easy recipe for steak tips.

2 lbs steak tips

Marinate using:
1/2 C worcestershire sauce
1 C your favorite bbq sauce
1 C Italian dressisng
2 tsp garlic pepper

Mix the marinade, throw it all into a ziploc bag and let sit for at least an hour - if possible let it marinate overnight. Fire up the grill. Your call as to how rare you like your steak. Never had a complaint.

Simple chili beans...

3lbs deer burger (or beef)

2 cans light red chili beans
2 cans dark red chili beans
2 cans of seasoned chili beans
2 jars of 24oz thick and chunky salsa
Brown and drain the meat, drain all the juice from the beans except for the chili beans. Add all the above in a croc pot. Add a full jar of the salsa and mix well. If one jar isn't enough then add enough of the second one to your likings. Put it on low and let it simmer all day or as long as you can, stirring occasionally.

I doctor it up some with these...very minimum slicin and Dicin, and none at all unless you chose. Works for me!!

1 heaping teaspoon of cumin (cook the ground meat with it)
2 chili peppers diced
1 stalk celery diced
Sprinkle of minced onion flakes
Sprinkle of chili powder
Sprinkle of garlic salt

This is one of the best stews I've had! So easy too. The apples seem to set it off...

2lb stew meat (I use venison but beef works great too)
2 onions
1 lb potatoes
2 Apples
Bay leaf
can beef broth
half cup worcestershire sauce
half cup brown sugar
pepper
2 cloves chopped garlic

1/4 cup water and flour

Mix every thing but the water and flour and cook low for 8-10 hours.
mix water and flour then add to slow cooker, turn cooker on high for about 30 min.

This is the best spaghetti sauce in the world, and it's so easy.

28 oz can Prego meat sauce.
29 oz can tomato sauce
1 lb ground beef. I use 1.5
pinch of basil
pinch of oregano
sweeten with sugar to taste. It needs a little, about 1 tablespoon so it's less tangy
After you brown the beef, add the rest and simmer for 30 minutes.
