If one dies, then you don't miss your plane.
in my mondays, wedensdays and fridays, all the classes have a clock....neither of my tuesday/thursday classes do, and those are the long ones....psychology and algebra.....i prefer to leave my cell in my vehicle, don't want it going off in class (stupid thing seems to have a habit of turning itself on) and i'm afraid of losing it, have a bad habit of walking off without it.....first part goes by pretty quick, but at some point it's like "goddamn, 6 pages of notes, it's gotta be about time to get out of here...." that's when i start going nuts, it's like an unquenchable desire to know what fucking time it is
So you wear two watches just in case one happens to fail ?
Seems to me that you plan ahead for the trip to airport, leave ontime....then the rest is out of your control....you can't do anything if a tractor-trailer truck jackknifes and you're delayed 4 hours getting to the airport, eh ?
You have the car radio's clock and your cellphone to back your one watch already. Two watches are redundant ( IMO)
Yes.
Certainly i won't catch my plane if i'm killed in a collision on the way to the airport.
I don't drive and my cell phone time would be a second backup to the 2nd watch.
So if i'm sitting at an airport restaurant eating, reading & bird watching, and two
of my timers fail, i will not miss my flight. I know, it's like a billion to one that that
happens, but what the hell. Better safe than sorry.
If you believe a billion to one shot might happen, how do you get on the GD airplane?!?!?!?! Are you more scared of missing your flight than dying on it?
I carry two watches and a sun dial, in case both watches fail.
