After the events of this thread I guess I am going to have to try some Sweet Baby Rays.

Otherwise, I will just feel like I am missing out.

Can you get it anywhere or do you have to order it?

I made both of your recipes last night Drew. The mustard sauce was not a hit in my household. The second however....lets just say that people will not believe that this is homeade.

I would encourage everyone to try this recipe.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

came up with this south carolina style mustard vinegar bbq sauce...it is killer...about to smoke a boston butt all day tommorow so threw this together tonite...super easy to make great taste.....

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Yellow mustard
1/4 cup onion finely minced
2 cloves garlic pureed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Combine ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes and stir occasionaly

you can also put this in the blender at high speed for a minute or two to smoothe it out

So I had to Report, that Yesterday I went to a Street Fair in NJ
and there was a Vendor who had a Mobile Smoker ( Smoke House ) and he had some really good BQ.

He was also selling Bottled BQ sauces, which I picked up.

Anyone hear of Texas Rib Rangers BQ Sauce ??

I've tried making my own low-carb BBQ sauce in the past. Its really hard to get it thick like a real sauce, came out too "soupy"
