i weighed 125 when i graduated hs lol. so obvoiusly more now. about 160 10 years later.

easily 80 % + of people are heavier 20+ years out of HS !

You should be your fittest at about 18, not 38 or 48.

Unless you're fat at 17-18, only one way to go !

I'm class of 1982....I'll bet 90% + are heavier than on graduation day, some 28 years later.

I sure am.

There were like maybe 10 persons out of a class of 300 that you might call fat/obese, then.I'd bet everybody gained 20 lbs + on average since 1982.

Bahh, terrible.

I was maybe a buck-50, 155. At my worst 270. Right now mid 240's. Been on a diet 30 days, need a diet of like 30 months to get back down. 150 was wayyyy to small but 270 was wayyyy to much. I think 190-200 would be right based on my frame. Gonna try my damndest to get err done.

Out of high school at around 100 pounds. 44 years later, I weigh 210 pounds.

Weighed 205 playing High School Football back years ago, but around 175 now. Really have to watch my diet after gall bladder surgery. If I weighed 140 or 240, it would not matter. I am still one ugly mother.
