They offered me ( today) over $200 for my old laptop with a shot battery ( original cost of maybe $450...2 years ago ). I accepted. Just bought a new one for $349 on Thur/day. I was expecting like $100.

They did what they said on the last one I sold them, and likewise for someone I referred there.

This place seems very legit to me.

They called me today, and revised their offer to $115, claiming a bad hard drive ( I believe that), and some cosmetic damage.

This is more in line with my original expectation, so I accepted the new offer, check should go out by Tue/day.

I don't know where else to sell it.

depends where Supertown is, if that's east coast, should take a week to get the packaging, a week back to NV, then 4 days or so for check.

Should be done in 3 weeks, quicker if Supertown is a western city.

Used them again this week. everything worked out in the end, but here is a quick story. I had a laptop that was about 6 years old and would not power up and even the power cord had been chewed through by my dogs when they were puppies ( I had put it back together with electrical tape). Anyways they gave me a quote of $120 on the website, but I failed to disclose that it had these issues. They sent me the box about 4 months ago and I just never got around to sending it in and finally did this past week. Ok, now for the funny part, got a call yesterday from a guy there and he told me he had great news for me and that was that he was going to send me $5 via paypal. I told him to just send it back, then he raised it to $15. I told the guy it was $100 or nothing. After about 5 minutess of me not budging, he finally relented and sent me the $100. So started with $5 and ended at what I wanted.

If you do business with them ( and I highly endorse them), just stick to your guns and get what you wanted.
