Their tone/attitude will change quickly after hitting them for a few dimes! I get a little sour too when I lose

Books vs Players

Most books would love for a customer to enjoy themselves, be happy with the service, and win 50% of their plays. A well run book doesn't care which players win as long as the bottom line is positive and for any book to get upset at a player for winning indicates the book is gambling. A winning player is valuable to a book and scalpers are what keeps stores in business when all the favorites win.
