He did testify in the civil case. To think he's innocent you'd really have to believe he was set up by the police and they are all... or most in on it. There is so much evidence, that I believe he did not plan to murder her. Was probably stalking her and snapped when he saw the other guy show up. The evidence is overwhelming. There's so much physical evidence, motive, plus circumstantial evidence. There's really no other rational conclusion to come to.
If you believe he's innocent, then you have to believe the LAPD all spontaneously decided "Hey, let's frame OJ because he's black!" after the call came in to investigate two dead bodies.
