Young strikes out, so it doesn't hurt the Yankees. 1 out

Question...

What does it tell us about someones background and knowledge of baseball when they refer to a long fly ball as a "popup"?

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

Better question:

Do you have anything better to do then act like an ass in a thread to update the game for people who can't watch it?

Don't get so defensive EGD!

And as I have pointed out many times...

Anyone on TheRx to see your updates could be getting far more info from several sites that update the boxscore continually.

P.S. For all those "baseball insiders" who really understand the game... The Tigers just scored 3 POINTS on a 3 run homer!

HeHe!!!!!!!!

I still would love for you to explain your theory on waiting to bet the next day's games. If it was truly that easy then why do many lose at bases.

So many lose at bases because they have absolutely no earthly idea about the game of baseball.

People don't know what runs and popups are.

People are bored in the summer and enter into a sport with no knowledge at all.

There are too many reasons on how todays game might effect tomorrows outcome for me to even begin to tell you. If you can't understand at least a few of them.... then be careful with your bankroll this summer!

(For a couple examples... injuries and bullpen usage)

My bankroll is perfectly fine. You should worry about your bankroll considering some of the ridiculous ideas I've seen you post.

Hey E!

I will attempt to avoid you in the future.

I am starting to understand the meaning of your screen name. You "dreamed" to knew anything about baseball! Get back to your childish updates and your "long fly ball popups"

Don't want to keep you from getting back to your video games!

Packer;
I have to agree with EGD on this one...we KNOW there are sites where you can get up to the second info...but this a way for us to get together and chat and make comments on the game...

When someone speaks about how it is ridiculous to bet games in advance, especially in baseball just tells me how idiotic they must be.

Should I bet a 2 point opening favorite at -7.5 on gameday?

Should I play games I like at -130 on game day when I could get -116 in advance. Do you know anything about line value?

DiFelice RBI triple, Tigers 10-3

The Yankees pitching is in sad shape. I wouldn't feel safe playing any unders with the current state of their pitching staff.

PACKER I HAVE TO DISAGREE WITH YA..I LIKE PLAYING THE OVERNIGHT LINES and the majority go in my favor, i played the yankees over 10.5 last night -110. i know the line went up to 11 by game time.

valid point you have with injuries and players taking the day off bad weather wind blowin in.. most of the time when i put a play in the line is in my favor, meaning if i play an underdog , that underdog would of been lower by gametime and vice versa
