She had to assume that she would be safe if there was a protective backstop net in place. Sounds like PNC Park might be paying out some money.

That section had more than a few people being consulted by the ambulance chasers.

What is wrong with you guy?

Regardless of how you feel, why don't you wish her a speedy recovery and hope she's alright?

I do hope shes alright. Doesnt make her any less of an idiot to turn her back to the game because theres a thin ass net infront of her

The only people happy about this is her Lawyer and Ex-Husband.

Surely there is a Hold Harmless waiver/contract on the back of the ticket stating team ain't liable if you get plunked in the head with a ball.

I think there is no case here.

I'm no lawyer, but one would have some expectation of safety when there is a protective netting in place. The ball hit the net first and then her head.

This wasn't a line drive down a line where you know there's no protection.

im no lawyer but the video shows her not paying attention which is clearly the number one rule as a fan of baseball so someone should sue her for delaying the game almost a half hour

There's almost always a case....or an out of court settlement.

Who made the net? Who installed the net??????or one of thousands of questions that are cheaper to answer with an out of court settlement.
