I dont know what world you live in, but tonight I'll be headed out to the bar, it will be full, the parking lot will be full, most people will be lit up, and they are all going to drive home, me too. That's just the way it is. You do realize that late at night(on weekends), something like half the drivers on the road have been drinking, dont you? Think about it, the whole city is filled with thousands upon thousands of slightly, to more than slightly trashed people. It's the norm, at least where I live(mn).

Where in that guys statement did he say he was going to be driving home drunk? He said he was heading out to a bar, and all the people will be drinking and they will be driving home drunk. Never said one thing that he will driving home drunk? Have you been drinking?
