I've been playing plus money with every bet - taking the favorites RL and the dogs ML. Might come back to hurt me one of these times, but I'll take the risk.
Only about 1 in 4 games actually ends in a 1 run result, and considering half the time that's a one run loser, the odds are around 1 in 8 of you getting screwed over (your team winning by only 1 run).

i have been living on the edge taking some of these big favs on the ML, and they all have cashed, me 2 thinking it will come back and bite me soon or later, but really need to take the RL on these big favs or sometimes what i do is bet it at -1
LGH have you been rolling with for expample the NYY the last couple days as they have been plays?? cuz i know they were not + $ on the RL beeing -300

Been working so far this year sparticus. Playing RL on favorites nets you around .80 better odds, yet one run games happen around 25% of the time (and remember half the one run games have the dog winning - so your bet is only affected around 13%). To me it's a no brainer, you more than make up your losses when playing on favorites.
