HEB grocery stores in texas are in a class by themselves when it comes to this industry, which might not be saying much, but I have never come across an employee not willing to go out of there way for a customer.

Nordstrom is very good so I will agree with that too.

Customer Service in todays world is virtually non-existant. You have the youth of today that thinks everything should be handed to them. Places like Whole Foods in my neck of the woods is supposed to have good customer service, but it is bad. If companies truly care and want to stand out, they would focus on providing excellent customer service.

Not saying this to be an asshole but in all the time I've dealt with Direct TV i've never had a problem and have learned all the tricks to get more freebies. Just my 2 cents.

Best Buys HSBC Credit Card.... Had 0% deferred interest. It was my fault that I didn't see that the promo on the interest expired earlier than when my payment was due. It resulted in $205 Interest Fee... I called, told them what happened, within a minute it was off. EXCELLENT customer service. I was even more surprised because in my 7 years with them, I've never paid interest. I thought they were going to stick it to me with that one.
