I agree with you in theory. However, I would be highly surprised if Team Obama didn't have some stupid policy changes that will prevent this from happening - thanks Dumbocrats! Besides that, I just dont see the interest rates staying this low - I mean, come on, you can get a 30 year FIXED for like 4.5%! So right now IS the best time to buy, it's not going to stay this way for long.
