i'm surprised you are constantly going against the Mets and taking Washington. Personally, they don't look like a team that wants to be beat.

Gl w/ the rest of your plays Chop ! hope u dig yourself outta this hole soon.

Washington on paper was the play. It did not work out. I dont think the Mets are nearly as good as there start this season, and the Nationals are not nearly as bad.

So far today it looks like a break even start to the day. The Giants will decide if we are up for the day going into the night games.

Chop I still dont understand the theory earlier of throwing money on a team of +350 just to do it, or just to play it? I guess if you are playing smaller units it does not seem wise to me, just to take a shot, especially like you stated earlier with over 3,000 games to play.

I think CHOPTALK already addressed the question of his reason
for taking KC +350 in post #9, as follows:

"The Royals are strickly a value pick. At +356 the Royals only have to win 21.9% of the time to break even. I think they have a 35% shot at winning the game."<!-- / message -->

The point is at +356 the Royals only have to win 21.9% of the time for the play to break even. So If I feel that they had a 22% or more chance of winning the play im going to bet the game. Its called a value play.

If the Royals/Yankees played 100 games against each RJ vsDB I feel like the Royals would go at least 22 and 78.

Bankrolls are built on betting value. I know not too many people agree or even understand the principle but it works.

The Bob Gibson, Jose Lima example was a slight exageration, lol. I just said that to make a point. I would need +450 to take that bet.

2-2 -$12.00 so far

Royals(as expected)LOSER

OK, Looking for a Giants win to close out the day games. That will determine if we are up going into the 2 night games. Giants 1-0 2nd inning.
