I like you and you're pretty sharp. But get the fuck out of here. Thompson may have had a bad game today, but he belongs up here, has been solid, and will be in the league for a long time. His ball has tons of movement, and he will continue to get a lot of double plays. He's been very impressive since starting the season as a bullpen guy that nobody outside of St Louis had heard of.

One thing you should have come to realize since last years playoffs is that most people that don't follow the Cardinals closely (every game) know very little about them. They form misconceptions and hold on to them throughout the year. They aren't willing to adapt as players and teams go through ups and downs during the year. I think that a lot of these people are mainly guys that put way to much emphasis on stats or just watch a game here and there. I know it gets frustrating reading some of this stuff but don't let it get to you.
I agree that it's the Cubs division to lose. As bad as this division is this year, with the roster the Cubs have, if they don't win it the whole team should be run out of town and moved to Nome, Alaska.
