I have a local who doesn't use flags on the totals. He moves the total up or down .5 in the direction of the flag, i.e. if the number is 9 over -1.30, he takes it to 9.5. My question: Should I fade his move and play under the 9.5? If so, can this be done blindly no matter what the number or direction. He charges 11/10 on all totals.
