Pops the WA_NPS and Popssummary is not working, shows NA. I tried refresh all.

leisure never sent a pdws for yesterday, he's in the barrel this week and no reply. goy did do a a spreadsheet for today, which i than added the era and whip's to and uploaded it to the ftp. just take the numbers from that sheet and update the wa nps it using copy paste special values only. only 9 cols that need to be copied and only takes 2 min

i dont chase. if i had bet it over early i would look for a good exit point to go the other way. cards yesterday are not the normal cards

pops one other question - a few weeks ago you sent out an excel 03 version of the master. I have 03 at work and 07 at home, i'd like to be able to use both cause I can do some research at work on 03. I opened the 03 file which had all games through 7/2 and did a copy/paste of all of the games since then on the al-nl combined and did a refresh which should the same as today's master that is in 07. I did a check on the ou by line tab and I am missing about 140 games, do I have to do something different to the pivots to get them to work. todays master in 07 has 1,364 games to date, when i did the copy/paste in 03 i had 1224 games so i am missing about 140 of them. the al-nl combined tab is the same through line 1365. is all the data on the pivots pulled from the al-nl combined tab?

easiest way to do a 2003 is take the most recent master and do a save as and select 2003 format. if you want to maintain 2 data bases from that point on just copy all of the data from the combined into the other format and do a refresh, but just saving a new master in the older format eliminates that problem

i can do that but when i try to save it as an 03 file it won't let me use the pivots because it was created in excel 07. i tried a copy and paste of all the al-nl combined from the 07 master into the 03 file like you suggested and still end up with 1224 games. not sure where i am losing the 140 games its not picking up.

i have some down time at work and little ones at home so i could do alot more research at work if i can get the 03 version to work. i can read the 07 masters on 03 with the converter but the pivots won't work.

by any chance are any drop down filters on in the combined when you do the copy?

no i don't think so, i just copied & pasted from the master. i don't think they are on by default, are they?

if your see 1365 as the last row than they are not. sometime i'll forget to turn off a filter when i upload a master.

are you draging all the way down from row 2 to 1365 and doing a edit copy and than a straight paste? dont need to do a paste special

no not in that area and not going from the same data in a diff spreadsheet to a diff spreadsheet with the same format. past special only when your going from a spreadsheet with different formatting and formats etc that you dont want to carry over with file linking etc

i guess its bugging me cause the al-nl tab looks the same in 03 as it does in 07 after i copy and paste it but the ou by line pivots don't seem to want to pick up the additional data
