I DO THAT'S ONE NAPPY HEADED HO THERE, :lolBIG: WE NEED 17 POINTS IN THE 4 Q FOR A OVER THINK WE GET IT? WISH THEY CAN ALL BE THIS EASY!

I sure hope so. Only put 1/2 my normal bet on it because the line moved up, but a win is a win.

Thanks. I try to fade line moves that move more than 1/2 a point. You don't find that alot on sides and when you do, nail it.

Friday April 13th

friday the 13th, always a good day for cashing tickets

got up around 3:30am this morning couldnt sleep keep think about some major changes i wanted to make in the master spreadsheets, so no better time to get up and do them when they are fresh on your mind. Right now we dont have all that much data but the spreadsheets appear to be working find and generating decent patterns and trends etc

colder than shit here in vegas land, guess they put global warming on hold for a week or two

pdws is already posted, so only work left is to find some key umps in the 1st game of the series. keep an eye on that minn game for a new crew as well.

enjoy

Pops....love the excell 07.....have not had much of a chance to toy around with it, but the spreadsheets are awesome. Just let me know what I can do to help. Not to familar with the pivot tables, but by the looks of it, it does not look like it is hard to pick up. Will have alot of time this afternoon to look into it. My people eating food business is killing me on the early mornings this week and have to serve a bunch of crooked car dealership managers a $65.00 surf and turf lunch up the street while they screw their customers with a shit deal or two to make up for it.

With all the info you have on the sheet to date this far. Do you think stats on how pitchers perform at a certain park could be useful??? Other than the current year, home stats can be skewed as many of the pitchers will change teams. I found a site that breaks down each pitcher at each ballpark. In the case of a franchise having a new stadium in the past few years, it will breakdown the record of that pitcher for each park. Matter of fact it breaks down every park that pitcher has pitched in his career.

I am out til after 12:00 your time.

sin must be in that group your feeding this afternoon, he wanted me to pay 200k for a 50k bentley. two different way of looking at the data. one is for specific type of events that yield a good w/l or ov/un etc, vs the general fit the pattern. i'm more of the later guy. i would rather bet all that fit vs finding the one that's very specific etc (i'm not the mark lawrence type of bettor, or like atlanta on in our threads does from time to time)

i havent been using 2007 all that long but learning more and more every day myself, once i figure out where everthing is at, it will be great

Does it matter about date of mfg? Was that compaq prior to the h/p takeover?

Old saying, "if it has tits or tires, you are going to have trouble with it". I guess same goes for computers, question is did they take care of it?
Compaq had 2-3 years w/no hardware probs...hp had taken over (pretty sure) but still making under separate names as now.

2002 HP laptop..reloaded XP several times. neither had hardware problems.

fyi, todays games are the 1st shot of the odds makers to lower the lines in an attempt to move the numbers closer to 50/50. almost everyone is at least a 1/2 to 1 point lower and the numbers appear to be betting down even more as well. like i said last night when i did my summary sheets, can ever recall that much red on any one day in mlb in the past two years

be careful

i am very lucky..!!

..and find i get luckier when i look at more data; get more real info; correlate ; or look for key correlations..(aka.."fits")..and get a lot luckier after studying all day; the biggest grind of all is bases; you only get the all-star break off..!!

Pops, by no means scientific, but this Friday's OL v. last Friday's OL in NL/AL:
NL: LW = 9.06 TW = 8.57
AL: LW = 10.07 TW = 8.70
Lots of variables and still some opening numbers not posted yet, but very interesting.....

mlb is a grind because every day, but once you have the data setup, it's not all that bad. cbb much more data and things to look at plus 2nd half etc so does take much more time every day during the season, regardless of the amount of automation of data. mlb is much more of a relax type betting once you get everything organized

Funny shit Bullets, and so youre GG is revealed. Newleyhomo will always return.

He has very good posts and knows alot of stuff. The problem for him is that everytime he posts a play it loses.

Most of the time its an under play that gets toasted in the first 5 minutes.
