yes, the pdws is the only file you need to update the popsummary and wa nps. the data from the pdws does not go into the al nl combined, that data comes from the other data file i sent you and directly into the master

ok the most important thing we need to do today is to get everyone up to speed on updating the master data

tbone: i would rather not have anyone have to pay anything. i think it's important for everyone to learn the simple process, it will make them all better at understanding and using the spreadsheets

the daily updates, and applying them to the masters in much easier than doing the pdws, and far less time. this should not be a race, but it takes me less than 3 min to do the entire process

i see geppi already sent out the data and spreadsheets from yesterday, so i'm going for stars and back in a few, so any problems lets post em here and get the show on the road
