ILMW: Those root plays are never going to be pretty. You are going to be left scratching your head at them a lot of times. The good news is that baseball, unlike footsies or buckets, doesn't require you to win 52.5 or so percent of your bets just to break even.

Smart money management and the smallish amount of these bets (so long as you all have several thousand bankroll, you cannot be hurt by them).... make them wise plays in the long run, win or lose...

Sounds pretty nice to me, here is a dumb question. If you stay in Costa Rica and you play at a book there do you have to go through the same process as we do in the states when paying or collecting or can they handle it different since you are right there?

it ain't the same stuff you go through back home. Most of my accounts here are credit accounts through the shops themselves. I have met some wonderful people in the industry (if you play poker for down here for three years, you'll meet some at some point, haha)... so I don't have the same headaches that people back home do when dealing with offshores...

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to play poker now... lol

For those who want help tonight, everything I have heard about this Frisco pitcher is that he is the . He tops out at about 101 on his heater; and his minor league ERA appears to be no accident.

If he is as good as advertised, you might not ever get him at this price again at home (especially since Bonds is OUT tonight)...

I am going to try Frisco small at plus 124 and will dabble in a small parlay of Frisco/U small.... That being said, those who want to parlay Philly/O (betting against the rookie in his first out), would get nothing ill from me, as there appears to be value there, as well.
