wow, tbone has found two patters in the holy fuck that are 13-1 one on the overs and one on the unders. he's got the same data your all looking at. wrong assumption, wtf looks at numbers

I assume this was done manually by going back day-by-day? I don't see a column in the master for holly fuck...just want to know before I start the journey myself...

BATR

yes, in holy fuck, but it's only 3 days worth of data. we'll have reports like the nba once we get a little more history with the data

for what its worth saturday and sundays dates are wrong in the master.

good job FD, you gov guys dont do much work in real life, but you can sure handle this DB stuff. just fixed it and it will be corrected in the next update, hopefully we'll have the money line pivots as well.

tks and gl

fyi, the al and nl combined tab is where all the master data is stored and if anyone ever see anything wrong in that area let me know as it will effect all the pivot tables that were created off of it

who's the good patent attorney here, mbb was over yesterday and drew up a great idea for skate boards, as well as roof tiles. i in the process of researching both on the web now. x players are good for something other than providing inside the game info

forget the patent thing, already found 50 plus in that area for each idea. x's a just too slow in pulling the trigger

fyi, root user will start with tomorrows nba games and will go out 30 min b4 the start of any games that fit the criteria

a bunch of free time this morning so maybe a good time to do a few honey dew's

later

this is from atlanta, i though it should be posted in the thread, same kind of shit mbb keeps telling me etc

interview (from John Smoltz of
the braves) today commenting on playing in Colorado.

http://www.790thezone.com/vdDynamic/AudioBits/1-audiobit2987.mp3

Some good points he made:

He HATES pitching out there(could be a fade or a team total colorado next
time he pitches there).

He doesn't feel that the microwave effects the HIS ball, but wants to know
why every team cant do it.

He said the ball flies all over the place in the daytime (IE lets watch
those saturday and sunday plays in colorado)

He said at night he can have a little more control at night with humidity.

Also a good point that he brought up is batters swinging all out when in
colorado and those same players think they can get the same kinda hits when
they leave that city (WRONG). Says it messes up your swing. Ie that might
be one of the reasons why colorado bats so poorly cause they are at home and
take those same home swings in visitors ballparks and its not working. Lets
keep an eye out for teams that leave that ballpark and have to play the next
day(ie the braves tonight with the phillies).

We might be able to pick up on something,
aTL

fwiw Tim Hudson was a college teammate of Hancock, the pitcher who died saturday night. Apparently Hudson had just gotten off the phone call telling him his grandmother died when he got the call about his college friend. so Hudson pitches tonight, goes to his grandmothers funeral tomorrow and then goes to Hancocks funeral Thursday. so everybody thinks the same way and the line moved from -180 to around -145. If it goes down a bit more I'll bite on the Braves.

I saw a mention of root in the nba. Don't know which method you will be using but since I posted that stuff about the nba matching our root user the last 2 went against us. I do not know what tbone stuff is producing. All you have to do is bring it up and it changes.

Yo Pops, I'm heading down to Vegas for a weekend in June and was wondering if there are free Wi-Fi spots near the strip, whether it be Starbucks or something like that? Hoping to load everything up on my laptop and use my SS and check the master when I can. Also are there any spots that I absolutely must hit while I'm there, along with the best sportsbooks in town? Thanks.

Pops

I got the email from Geppi and I am on the short list to be dropped. I'd like to stay on if possible, I will be available for the data collection as you said when you asked for this last month during CBB. I have been contributing more over the last week since I finally got Office 07 (thanks NickFantana). Before I had office I was not able to use the pivots and get much from the data since I had excel 03. I did make a useful post #3884 breaking down prices on totals which I feel is very valuable since the plays are totals and over the course of a season you will do better long term if you know it is smarter to bet 08'+130 than betting 08+100. I will be around during the summer months so if you need someone to pull double duty on the data collection I would be happy to do that.
