back to the topic at hand. i'm wondering WHY Tom would't use the two equipment chaps in his defense. That's WHAT I WOULD DO if i'm proving my innocence. They KNOW i didn't tell them to do anything with the balls. Tom has SAID AS MUCH under oath-- now , i dont understand why his lawyer wont get these two chaps under oath.

those two chaps were both questioned, all the communications between Brady and those two chaps are in the possession of the NFL
the NFL is saying that because Brady was pissed after the Jets game when the NFL admits the balls were over-inflated to 16 PSI, that's evidence he instructed the equipment managers to under inflate the balls during the Colts game. It's beyond a joke. There is not one shred of evidence that there were any communications between Brady and the two chaps before or during the Colts game. We don't even know what the balls were measured at and approved by the refs before the game, thus there's really no evidence the balls were deflated at all. We know one of four Colts balls tested was also illegal, yet the stopped testing Colts balls and the Colts weren't punished.
This case gets laughed out of court, hence Roger did and is doing everything in his power to make sure that he's judge jury and executioner. He fighting for his career, he can't have an independent third party look at the evidence. The fact that the NFL doesn't want another set of eyes to look at the evidence should open a lot of eyes in and by itself. Yet good and smart people choose to ignore all of that, because they want to believe the Patriots cheated.
and for the record, brady never once communicated with one of the chaps, he didn't even know the man before all this nonsense.

The Patriots are like a convicted criminal with a past record..........Belichick was found guilty of clearly cheating in the past & so on ........& now if they do anything & it looks illegal just a bit, they get thrown under the bus.The Patriots will always be seen under this light as long as Belichick & Brady are on the team unfortunately.

Guys who invest the time in understanding what exactly they've been accused of, like, the actual "crimes" they're accused of see those as more funny than actual Crimes. Spygate? Learn about what they were actually doing and you'll see the extent to which that was blown out of proportion is ridiculous, much like this...DeflateGate. Patriots have really not done anything even remotely close to as bad as its been made to sound they have and those who believe that their record is tarnished are just Blind Sheep parroting what Haters say instead of educating themselves & forming their own opinions.

if they answered yes, you know it gets mentioned in the Wells' report

but if they answered no, them Roger and Wells have no use for them, so it doesn't get mentioned. Like all the other evidence that doesn't support their conclusion, they ignore it

scores of great players have come and gone, and not one of them has cited "cheating", but many many many of them have talked about superior game preparation

Willie, the tapes Belichick made of the Rams preparing for the super bowl is considered cheating......although I concur that he's gonna go down as one of the best coaches ever.
Are you suggesting we should put more Credence in what guys who've been in the trenches for and against The Patriots have to say
