Please Note*

The Pitt/Hou DH yesterday the pitchers ended up flip-flopping from the odds that we had posted ...in the rules it states all listed pitchers for action...

Please always specify clearly which game of a double header, I realize odds will usually be enough to understand which game you are playing, just to be safe, please list which game....

Either way, if the listyed pitcher does not go, its no action, and its in the rules.

I specified Houston 2nd game for yesterday. I copied and pasted the numbers from the lines shown. I wanted the second game regardless of pitchers. I have seen many people say, effectively, action for a given game and they are always given credit for that. I believe my record should be corrected to reflect one additional correct pick.

I am posting this again because when I tried to edit my prior message within a few minutes of its original posting I got the message that the moderator specified edits within five minutes of post only.

It seems to me since there was never an objection made when "ACTION" was specified (see various picks posts where the poster said something to the effect "I want this team no matter who pitches") the ACTION option has become DE FACTO acceptable and is the way the contest is judged. If the intention of the moderator was "listed pitchers only" a comment to that effect was IN ORDER WHEN ACTION was specified before. Allowing posters to specify "action" again and again without objection and as many times as it has been done has set action as a valid choice. I believe my record should be corrected to reflect one additional correct pick.

billpapa...please understand I am trying to be fair here...can you show me where anyone has stated they want a game with "action"? The rules clearly stated if the listed pitcher didn't go the game was no action...if there was a situation where someone was credited with a win or loss, when the pitcher was changed please show me...

what compounded the problem PO69 made a play and didn't mention which game, not only did the pitchers change, the lines obviously changed....I will take into consideration your dipute and ask head mod Wilheim to take a look...can you please show me where anyone has requested 'action'?
