Bruins To Win In Regulation (-110), 2*

I was going to lay the big number with Boston like I did with the Islanders Sunday night. I’m going to go the regulation route instead. Boston is playing really well, as they have won 9 of 11. Seven of those wins have come on the road as they just had an excellent 5-1 road trip out west. They beat Chicago 4-3 last week and they played their B game. Boston has had two days off, which is the same as Chicago, but rules out the Blackhawks catching them in an advantageous rest spot. Boston has moved within two points of Toronto and five points of Tampa. They are feeling/playing good and I expect that to continue. Good luck!

Today 2-3/YTD: 189-177, +23.25

Tough loss with the Bruins bet. Fleury was fantastic for Chicago, with 46 saves. Boston was all over him and he stood tall until a 2 on 1 break got him in overtime. Boston also had a goal wiped off the board due to goaltender interference late in the third period. I think that was a bad call, not just because I had Boston. One of the Bruins players made leg to leg contact with Fleury which was incidental and did not prohibit him from making a save a second or two later. Unfortunately, the Bruins lost their challenge and didn't get the game winning goal until OT. Only 4 games on the docket tomorrow, I will update if/when I bet something.

Hurricanes ML (-120), 2*
Flyers ML (+150), 2*
Canadiens ML (+150), 1*
Capitals/Jackets over 6.5 (-120), 2*
Rangers ML (-145), 2*
Panthers Regulation Win (-105), 2*

The Rangers bet was almost a 3* play, which is a top play for me. I feel like this is a good spot for them tonight. Better team, better goaltending, Islanders are going nowhere. Rangers players should feel good. The team is good and the front office already made one addition to the team with another one likely.

Good luck and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Today 3-1/YTD: 195-183, +24.85

I have a really busy day ahead of me tomorrow. I will do my best to look over the slate and find a couple winners. I am rolling right now and I don't want to miss the opportunity to get some bets in when I am seeing the board clearly.

What an unnecessary roller coaster in the Avalanche game. They were comfortably up 4-1 for the majority of the third period. San Jose suddenly scores twice to cut it to 4-3. Their third goal came with 1:25 left. I was disgusted for about two minutes until Colorado potted an empty netter with 15 seconds left. 5-3 final, the puck line came through. What a ride for about 5 minutes.

Islanders ML (-165), 1*
Sabres/Canucks over 6 (-115), 2*

I stunk yesterday. That's what I get for taking plays without having time to do enough research. Islanders have won all 3 meetings with the Flyers this year and 8 straight overall. The Islanders defeated Dallas yesterday 4-2. There could be some fatigue as the game wanes on which is why they are a small play for me. One thing potentially in the Islanders favor is there could be a bit of a malaise over the Flyers today now that they have officially dealt Giroux. Even if that isn't the case, the Islanders are the better team and should complete the season sweep over Philly this afternoon. I may add one more play later. Good luck!

Bruins/Canadiens under 6 (-120), 2*
Avalanche/Oilers over 6.5 (-120), 2*

Feels like a weird spot in the Bruins game. They are playing really well and normally they get up for Montreal. But they have kind of owned the Canadiens lately. The game they really care about is Thursday night against Tampa. Boston could get Bergeron back and Lindholm in the lineup. This seems like a 2-1 game where Swayman steals one or almost steals one.

I don’t think I need to explain a Colorado/Edmonton over. I think both teams will have life tonight after their front offices added talent for the stretch run. But this would be an over play in many circumstances anyway. That’s just a little thing that could help with motivation and energy.

I have been bad the last two days, so you may want to tread lightly. Good luck if you tail.

Lightning/Hurricanes under 5.5 (EV),

Senators ML (+170), 2*
Jets in Regulation (-120), 2*
Predators/Kings over 6 (EV), 2*
Predators ML (+105), 2*

Big card tonight. If you have access to 5.5 and 6 in the Lightning game as well as the Kings game, you can decide which you feel most comfortable with. I chose the least amount of juice for both totals.

I left out the size of the play for the Lightning under last night. It was a regular 2* play like the rest. Just an oversight on my part. If I play anything today, I will update later on.

There are definitely 5.5’s out there in the Stars game if you prefer taking that.

I just realized I had a typo with the Kings over. That is supposed to say (-110), 1*. My fault.
