Panthers to win the series (-135), 2*
Barkov to win Conn Smythe (+400), 1*

I lean the Panthers tonight. I am just going to watch as a fan and hope they get out to a lead. If they happen to lose, I will likely bet them to win the series again heading into game two. My record includes my two unit loss on Dallas to win the series. Enjoy the game.

Panthers ML (-125), 1*

I think both teams could be better on the offensive end tonight. They were off for a week before game one. The only reason I’m playing Florida instead of the over is Bobrovsky. He could be excellent again in game two and stifle the over like he did in game one. Florida is better then Edmonton in my opinion, which is why I bet them to win the series. I didn’t see anything in game one that changed my mind and I think the Panthers will hold serve at home tonight. GL

Oilers ML (-135), 1*

I will be the square and bet the team who is in a must win spot. Edmonton is certainly capable of winning this game. If they can score in the first ten minutes, that will do a lot for their belief. I lean the over which I think is correlated to an Edmonton victory. Maybe I will add it later, but I will stick with the Oilers for now. GL

Not much to say about the Finals in either sport right now. We might get a gentleman’s sweep in both series, but they are over for all intents and purposes. I will probably have a game four bet on the total. I have Florida in the series and I’m done betting Edmonton.

Oilers/Panthers under 5.5 (-115), 1*

Primarily, when Florida has won, the games have gone under. Game 3 was an exception, but games one and three held true. We saw that against the Rangers and Bruins as well. The Oilers hit the over themselves in game 4 when they won comfortably. If you like Florida or Edmonton in this game, I think betting the corresponding total makes sense. Maybe even a parlay, which I don’t do much.

Let’s hope Florida closes this out. Barkov is definitely neck and neck with Bobrovsky for the Conn Smythe. I just finished the nba season and profited about 21 units. If Barkov wins Conn Smythe and the Panthers win this series, I should come close to that number. GL

I was right about the side and total being correlated. I just thought Florida was going to win last night.

Panthers/Oilers under 4.5 (+170), 1*

I am betting an alt under here. I do not want to lay -150 on under 5.5. If you do, I get it. I like 5.5 as a number a lot. I think this game ends 2-1 or 3-1 a fair amount of the time. I am not hedging off my Panthers future. If they win tonight, I feel even better about hitting that under. This feels like a game where guys will play a little bit on the cautious side. Nobody wants to make a big mistake, or take a penalty. For my sake, I hope Florida gets it done and Barkov has a real shot at the Conn Smythe. Best of luck.

What a game. I was nervous throughout, but it worked out pretty well. Another fun season in the books. Turned about 13 units in profit, which I’m happy with. Hope you all had a good year.
