Devils under 105.5 points (-110), 3*
I do have one point total I am playing. I think the Devils are being a bit overvalued in the market. This doesn’t mean they can’t win the Stanley Cup. It just means I think they will finish the regular season a bit below these expectations. I could see Carolina and/or the Rangers finishing ahead of them in their division. For those who don’t know, all my bets are 1-3*. 1* is a lean or small bet. 2* is a regular one unit bet. 3* is a 2 unit bet or top play. I believe the Devils will finish right around 100 points in the regular season and we have some good value on the under.

Yea I feel like they are a high variance team. I could see them making one more run with their veteran core in tact. They added Karlson. On the flip side, they don’t have a ton of team speed which really can get exposed in back to backs. They have some really good teams in their division and play in the tougher conference. Not sure what to expect from them.
I don’t love anything tonight. I have some props that I bet in terms of goal scorer or shots on goal. They are small bets, which I am going to wait to post as official plays until we see a few games from these teams. For those interested, I bet Bedard 4+, 5+ and 6+ shots against Boston. I have Drouin to record an assist and 2+ points. And I have some 2+ goal bets on MacKinnon, Draisaitl and McDavid. These are all pizza money bets that I like, but I’m betting very small early on. I do have a couple bets for tomorrow that I will put in the next post.

The undefeated season reaches three days lol. I decided to split my bet between the puckline and moneyline. This gives me the chance to essentially break even if Arizona loses by one. As opposed to just betting them moneyline, they lose by one and I lose a full unit. NJ is playing the second of a back to back which gives the Coyotes a bit of an edge. Chicago is the only team to play a back to back so far and they clearly didn't have their legs as their game against the Bruins went on. Good luck tomorrow.

The undefeated season reaches three days lol. I decided to split my bet between the puckline and moneyline. This gives me the chance to essentially break even if Arizona loses by one. As opposed to just betting them moneyline, they lose by one and I lose a full unit. NJ is playing the second of a back to back which gives the Coyotes a bit of an edge. Chicago is the only team to play a back to back so far and they clearly didn't have their legs as their game against the Bruins went on. Good luck tomorrow.
Today: 2-1/YTD: 8-1, +13.6
First loss of the season with the Kings. That turned into a tough loss. They climb all the way back, had two chances in the shootout to win with a save and ended up losing in nine rounds. We had another positive day despite that and a very strong week. Only two games tomorrow, so I probably will pass. I would like to take Tampa coming off a loss, but its a tough scheduling spot for them. Second of a back to back and they have to go into Canada. I will take tomorrow off and be back Monday when there are a few more games.
