All three lines available at DK. If you are within a half point of the bets I posted, that is fine. I want to bet Marquette, I just don’t know if I trust them against a really good UConn team without Kolek.

One of those nights for me in basketball. Bunch of narrow losses. Lost Kentucky by a point and the Clippers by a point. Wizards and 76ers tossed away easy covers. Hopefully, onto better things today.

Much needed no sweat winner to start the day. Not because I am struggling lately, but yesterday was rough. Murray State has to feel pretty lousy after that performance. You don’t want to close your season by putting up 35 points. I am going to double dip on this next Missouri Valley game, including adding the under. I don’t think this is necessarily a trend for this conference’s games overall, but I like the unders today with these particular matchups. GL

I am looking at the lines for the final time now. Is Pepperdine really up 56-9 at the half? How is that possible? I know Pacific didn’t win a conference game this season, but they were in a lot of those games. 56-9 is wild. I will post any other bets I make in the next 20 min.

3-0 start in the Missouri Valley. Let’s hope that success extends to other conferences tonight. Rutgers is about to tip off, but I’m sure you can get +10 or better live. GL

I missed this by 3 mins for tipoff, and Rutgers got off the fast start…good call on them! But Live isn’t going to happen for me

You were better off missing the Rutgers bet. Let’s hope Wright State can open things up in the second half, get me to 4-1 today.

There are a couple PAC-12 games I am monitoring. I want to bet Arizona. UCLA has lost four straight, Arizona can win the regular season conference title by winning out. It’s not like if UCLA wins this game, they are going to make the NCAA tournament. It’s a pride game for them. I just don’t get why the spread isn’t bigger. Feels like the number should be like -11. I think I’m going to pass on that one. Stick with Oregon and the Southern Illinois under for now.

It looks like I should have pulled the trigger on Arizona. They look very strong to this point. I’m not going to hold off on the Trojans.

Should have been 4-0 in the Missouri Valley and 0-4 in all other conferences. Unfortunately, Southern Illinois went to double OT. I bet Northern Iowa +1 today, I just didn’t get a chance to post. GL

Providence +10 (-110), 1*

Most books are down to 9.5 on Providence. I literally bet +10 at DK and it dropped while I was making this post. Caesar’s still has +10. 9.5 is ok, but this is a night game. Plenty of time for this to go back up. I lean Oregon, but most places are up to -4. I would like -3 in that game.

Annoying loss in the Asheville game. They played so badly that they had to change their whole style of play in the second half. Full court man to man, which led to more fouls both ways. Neither team was in the bonus in the first half. Both teams had 6 team fouls in the first six minutes of the second half. Their tempo was faster because they were chasing the whole game. That’s ok, it’s only one game.
