Decided to sit out last night and take a night off. Im back with some good ones for tonight.
Auburn +1. 2 Units. The tigers can win the SEC tonight on the road and I believe they will.
Miami Oh +3. 1 Unit. This one should be close.
North Carolina -10. 3 units.They outclass Miami and win big setting up the showdown of the season coming up. Just a note, this is my early pick to win it all. Theyre deep, experienced, and have what it takes to get there.
Alabama -1.5. 2 units. Bama wont let us down late in the season at home.
San Diego St -3.5. 1 Unit buy it down to 3. Theyve been money all season at home. Should be again tonight

Ive dug myself a big hole going into the conference tournaments. Im gonna try to focus on quality over quantity to try and even this out going into March Madness. At this point I hate basketball and cant wait for the MLB season to start. This is my first season handicapping basketball, but I love the excitement. Nothing like the tournament to lead us into opening day. Im gonna start a MLB season thread soon. This analytics method im using t
for Basketball is a work in progress. My method for baseball is my own and has been many years in the making. Hope youll follow my progress there too. For the past several years its been much easier for me to beat the book early in the season. The more data the computers have, the tighter the margins get as the season goes along. Ive missed something in my basketball algorithm. I know what it is but fixing it in the next month may be a lot to ask. Sorry so long but id youve read this long your obviously interested. Anyone want to throw some ideas out there regarding measuring strength of schedule in CBB. The way I see it RPI is inherently flawed. BPI is better but doesnt account for streaking teams that are hot. Somewhere in all this Ill get a working algorithm, until then follow at your own risk and lately fading me would be money in the bank. The MADNESS CONTINUES!!!!

Texas AM +1. 1 Unit. This one is basically a pick em. Line movement is everyone on the home team for Sr. night. A&M should win easily.
Saint Louis -1. 2 Units. Strickly numbers. I know jack about either team.
Temple -2.5 2 Units. This one looks to be moving back towards -2 but that could change and make it 3 before gametime.

We managed to climb out of the whole quite a bit last night even thpugh we didnt improve the overall record thanks to the pick of the month. Gotta learn to leave those games alone with teams I dont know and are just using numbers for and we will be in there daily. Todays picks will be posted throughout the day.
