:ohno: where do you get your facts? Fresno ST is a great school for academics.

good try

they have the lowest combined ACT/SAT scores of any Cal state university, are rated as "minimally difficult" to enter, offer just 3 PhD programs, and rank 428th on Forbest college list out of 650 (down from 366 previous year). Lumosity rates them the 400th smartest college out of 456. Their SAT scores for enrolling frosh are 113 points below average.

solid use of the word "great"

so, yeah, their academics suck

I think you're projection of 6-6 for Iowa seems low. Take a look at their schedule for 2014 - no Ohio St, Mich St or Mich this year.

You guys picked up a great coach in Macintyre from San Jose ST. He worked miracles for that program.

It appears like the program is finally headed in the right direction after hitting rock bottom, although I don't see CU being very competitive in the PAC-12 South any time soon. After a lost decade my interest in the program has unfortunately waned quite a bit, although that can be a good thing when it comes to capping as you waste less energy with all the fan nonsense and homerism, that can be quite a distraction.

Most def they will improve under Macintyre. But how much? i see 5 or 6 wins this year from this years schedule for CU

i believe Wisconsin could be the biggest disappointment. tough to replace your top 4 LB and nearly entire front 7 plus have questions at QB. but with 75 starts coming back on the OLINE this all sets up for a 2000+ yard season for Gordon

Could take them a while to get going. That o-line may need to carry them until some of those parts get settled in...and if they get humbled by LSU, maybe it sets them back like Michigan post Alabama. I think they've mismanaged the QB position a la Michigan. Stave doesn't fit the new vision and still might not be healthy. He's supposedly already getting pushed by a better athlete, but he's played two different positions other than QB. Even though their schedule is pretty easy, I think they get 3rd place in the west.

As for Nebraska, really the pressure is off. Very few have them winning the division.

Quit reading when I saw Nebraska 4-8 and Michigan St. 12-0.

It's supposed to be a completely unbiased computer prediction, yet the op admitted having "no faith" in Bo Pelini. Might not be as Ice-cold a prediction as indicated.

I''ve already made a rebuttal that Iowa /Nebraska play for the West on Black Friday. That's 6 & 4 wins respectively by his prediction. I'll also go out and say Michigan will end up 5th in the East. Maryland will be ahead of them. Hoke is out long before Pelini.

Looks like the vid doesn't corroborate his story. Damn, people make stupid decisions drunk. Michigan has already had some huge misses in recruiting. Add one more to the list...at least for this year.

yeah, obviously the kid didn't know there was a tape.

maybe Les Miles can make a call up to his old school and get the kid down south. he'll fit right in with the Tigers

Northwestern just lost Venric Mark. Transfer. NW with a one-dimensional QB and no Mr. Electric will be fighting for 5th place.

Also lost Christian Jones, last year's leading receiver, to a season-ending knee injury on Wednesday. Rough Wednesday for the Wildcats.
