First, i apologize for taking a jab at betallsports. I was out of line. dumb as rocks was not cool when i was asking him for help. Second my friend waited until his funds were depleted until he raised an issue. He was afraid he would have account frozen. They just took out 2000 with no recourse. He did not want the same to happen again. 3rd. no way they should go back and take his winnings in casino after they waited 7 days to disable. At other books I have disabled casino on a simple phone call it took 30 seconds.. they made him print email and sign it and fax it back. then they promised it would take no more than 24 hours. it took 7 days. he started playing again and he won then they zapped it out. that is wrong. he is weak but what they did is wrong. I am not the guy in question. My friend is not that well versed in off shore sites like this. you damn right im fighting for him cause he got the shaft. I would fight for anyone on here if they got treated this way. I am sorry for my ranting last night but im baffled that you guys think its OK for betonline to delay shutting off casino and then go back and take his winnings. its not his fault they dropped the ball.. I promise if he would have lost no way they put that money back in... another tid bit - some customer service rep offered him 10% loss rebate for hassle but he had to play in casino.HAHAHA .... he declined... I just want help getting his money back. why the inhouse fighting. I thought this was a watchdog site that helped people out. at least it was when i joined long ago.
Your missing the point. it doesnt matter if he is weak and has a gambling problem. he requested the casino to be blocked. he filled out the proper paper work. he did everything they asked of him. they refused to disable hoping he would lose it back. Since he did not lose it back they said screw the player we are going to take it from him.

Betonline has a spokesman Dave Mason not sure who or what he does but i follow him on twitter before i even knew bout this incident. he has reached out to me but i cant seem to get a hold of him. i called betonline and they dont know who he is. if anyone knows a direct number or email to him I would appreciate it.

Exactly. I think I did this one time while playing at Betjamaica. Had them disable casino, found it reopened some time later for whatever reason (software update?) and got tempted to play some video poKer. Won a few thousand and Betjamaica paid me every cent. Had the thought they might not honor the win but of course they did. This was a well run, classy, HONEST shop.
