I seriously hope you get your money! I played at DSI for several years while they were under Bookmaker's backing. Never had a problem withdrawing funds from them. But again, that was when they were with Bookmaker. I wonder if Bookmaker had issues with Betdsi that made them move away from them

I have been getting the same run around as you. Pretty much identical situation but for slightly less money. I’m owed 11k and have been trying to request a withdrawal for 2 months now. They wouldn’t give me any specific answers to my questions, just bs generic responses for weeks up until last week where they stopped replying to me completely. Completely unprofessional and I’m at the point where I feel like I have been stolen from. Not sure what else there is to do. Perhaps their ship is sinking and they are pulling an exit scam?

if theyr going down I hope another book will take over the existing accounts. Even though there would be a high rollover required, its better than losing our money.

Been asking for update all week from SBR regarding my situation with BetDSI since they said they were going to have a conversation with them and received this today from Matt Rossi of SBR.

"Afraid we have nothing new as of this time.

Best regards,
Matt"

On November 27, SBR reported that a BetDSI Sportsbook player has had a balance of $23,832.17 in limbo since August 4. The player's account has been frozen for withdrawals since that time.
BetDSI's position is that the player is wagering on behalf of a third-party. The sportsbook has been unable to substantiate this claim. The player maintains that his account is his own and that he can speak for all wagers placed. SBR asked if he would be willing to be video interviewed on Skype; the player said he has no problem with this and shared his Skype username the same day.
A manager with BetDSI offered to place the $23,832 balance into an escrow account while the player's identity undergoes further verification. No time-frame has been offered on when or how this verification will be conducted. The industry standard is that when sportsbooks suspend accounts for allegedly being connected to other users — such as a player who was previously barred or limited — evidence is produced such as common wagers, IP addresses, or other material links that establish the flouting of house rules. No such evidence has been made available. A sportsbook is free to close an account for any reason whatsoever, but cannot withhold winnings based on hunches rather than facts.
SBR questioned the player on if he has knowledge of any friends who have BetDSI accounts or who may have placed wagers while at his home. The player said he knows of no other BetDSI account-holders and maintains all wagers were placed by him from his home, where he has resided for the life of his BetDSI account.
BetDSI Player: "I really just want a hard set date as to when this will be resolved. It has been [4] months. I don't want to keep calling them and emailing you. I don't want to keep hearing the same old we are verifying your account, we are updating our system interface, etc. It's the same story from them every week."
He posted the details of his complaint at a sports betting message-board. Earlier today, a forum user responded to the thread that he has had a $11,000 balance in limbo for two months. SBR requested additional information from the player and is in the process of confirming the details of this latest complaint:

"I have been getting the same run around as you. Pretty much identical situation but for slightly less money. I’m owed 11k and have been trying to request a withdrawal for 2 months now. They wouldn’t give me any specific answers to my questions, just bs generic responses for weeks up until last week where they stopped replying to me completely," wrote the player.
A third complaint was shared from a player who reported that he has been waiting more than three weeks for a $1,500 payout. SBR is looking into this issue, and asks players in need of assistance with BetDSI to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
SBR cited complaint handling as one of the outstanding issues that have surfaced since the sportsbook went independent on July 9, 2017; BetDSI previously utilized the resources and services of A+ rated Bookmaker.eu. Due to the severity of the issues and the absence of evidence to support withholding funds, BetDSI's rating has been adjusted to D+.

I am currently waiting to hear from SBR to see if they accepted BetDSI's offer to have the money put in escrow. Hopefully they did. Will update shortly.

But this is probably a bad development for you.

I would guess DSI is on the clock to address this or receive another downgrade to a D. Which at that point, I don't think youll have any hope of getting paid as DSI as little left to lose. If they had intentions of paying they would have done so before the drop to C and definitely before D. You're holding on to a hope and pray now, I believe.

Bitcoin more than triples since DSI ventured out on their own. They still can't make it.

Sorry PlayerProp - this continues to only get worse. I'm glad SBR is fighting for you, but if DSI had any intentions on paying they would have done it well before now.

SBR - There seems to be another angle worth investigating here. Why'd bookmaker drop DSI?

So I'm just word vomiting scenarios.. but what if it was because someone was stealing? what if DSI's books were so far off they couldnt be salvaged? what if it was much more innocent than that and they just realized the players there were beating them and funds were low there?

Is it okay that Bookmaker would just toss aside a brand in hopes they aren't connected with it? I would think Bookmaker has some responsibility here in any of these situations. There are many sitatuins where DSI could have been mismanaged under Bookmakers care.

It wouldn't be right for one company to have all these different brands, and if one is getting beat by the players, or even mismanaged by the GM where its losing money to cut it and say its on its own now and 6 months later they stiff and thinking they have no blood on their hands.

1,000% Agree with all of this and I let BookMaker know that it's complete bullshit that they will not help resolve this issue. I called BookMaker when DSI ventured on their own and they told me they still vouched for them and that I was safe playing there. Once DSI started to give me the run around, I called BookMaker back and they said "there is nothing we can do, we have no affiliation with DSI anymore." Bookmaker should have AT LEAST notified players via email that DSI was no longer under their management and to proceed knowing that.

Hi Ctswisha123,

BetDSI has been unable to identify your account with what you've shared. Please check your PM box/email, or file the complaint linked above, so that we can ask BetDSI mgt to review your situation.

Just thought I should let people know about DSI, "A+ Rated" book.

I have been a customer of DSI for 2 years plus, never had a single issue with them. Recently over the summer, they branched off on their own away from Bookmaker.EU. I contacted BookMaker as I noticed the interface on DSI had changed and they assured me I would have no issue and vouched for them going forward.

Within one month, my account with over $23,000 in it was frozen. I called several times a day to find out what was going on and could not get a response. Finally after about an entire month had passed by, I got in contact with the manager Brock at the end of August and he apologized that my issue hadn’t been resolved and assured me he would have it handled in the next few weeks. He said they were “updating their system” as it had recently changed and “doing account verification”. Mind you others I know were doing successful payouts at this same exact time but my account remained on hold.

I patiently waited one month and got in contact with Brock (mind you it took me 10 days and about 10 phone calls to reach him once). He told me that my account issue would be resolved in one week. I called back a week later and he told me that he was sorry but that my account was still frozen and would remain that way until they finish "verifying my account". Another two months had passed since he told me that and Brock will no longer pick up when I call and ask for him. I call at least 2-3 times a day to speak with him and he was always “in a meeting” or “out of the country”. I asked who are his superiors and was told it was two men by the name of “Anthony” and “Brian”. Both also are never available and able to speak to me. All I want is just a simple conversation to get an explanation as to WHY my account issue has not been resolved after 4.5 months. This is an "A" rated book. I have left him over 20 messages to please call me and he refuses to do so.

I filed a complaint with SBR and have been working with Matt Rossi. He got in contact with them and was given the same run around excuse of “account verification”. For several weeks Matt has tried to resolve the issue and we have gotten absolutely nowhere. I have not heard from Matt regarding my payout complaint in 2 weeks despite my emailing him for an update.
did you ever get paid?

6 months and still have not been paid. I was told that I "needed to provide my social security number to get paid as they needed to verify my account". I did so and was told it my social security cleared and that that I would be paid middle of December. January 4th and still no payment. Unreal.....

I believe this same guy also placed a thread at Pregame with much the same info. SBR has reported at least two more non payments from other players. I’ve read other stories elsewhere too. DSI is not paying out, period. Don’t expect your money and be happy if you get pennies on the dollar. This is slow season for the books, your only chance would have been during football when the cash really flows. Now, forget about it- you’re just not going to get paid and you have no legal avenue to pursue. The key for everyone else is don’t leave large amounts of money in any book, especially off shore.

Could I ask how much of a deposit did you start with??
It is completely a scam what they are doing.
But I am just thinking that they don't like your winning streak obviously...
Or was there a bonus that they lost on? Just bitter assholes.
I feel for you my friend.
Just stay in peace, and the gambling community and universe will have your back 200%.
The stress is Not good for your being, so try to relieve the stress in positive ways.
Very low integrity and greed going on at DSI.
It will work out, just stay positive!
Blowing customers calls off is shitbag low.
Peace & Love Brother
