I don't understand. This seems obvious. they either state a legitimate(assuming it is legitimate) reason they won't give your money or they are stealing. You can then deal with whatever they say after. But....they have given no reason? Then it is stealing. If that is the case a B rating is unacceptable.

They have said the same thing for 4.5 months, "we changed our system and are doing an account verification."

I just called DSI and spoke to representative and asked to be transferred to manager and they hung up on me. I have the phone call recorded.

Please read my post. I filed complaint two months ago and have been working with Matt Rossi. He has had discussions with DSI and they refuse to pay. SBR today downgraded DSI from A+ rated book to B book and quoted my issue as the reason for it.

I also posted above screenshots of my emails with Matt Rossi of SBR detailing everything.

ok, guess you don't know. SBR and The RX are under the same ownership now.
So those guys over there are the ones that handle any complaints

I'm sure they will get to the bottom of it.

I called four times yesterday asking to speak to a supervisor or a manager at BetDSI and they were somehow in a meeting all day from 10AM to 8PM at night. One of the times I called, the representative hung the phone up on me. Complete joke.

Matt Rossi of SBR did contact me back yesterday and let me know that they plan on having another round of discussions with BetDSI regarding my issue.

Last comment I will make on the issue. They need to tell him SPECIFICALLY why they won't give you your money. Except nothing else. No matter how much you have to bug them.cYou can go from there. But if they can offer nothing legitimate.....that means they are screwing you. And if they are screwing you....they are screwing everyone. Absolutely no reason this should have taken more than a couple of days. If this ends with you getting screwed they should post this information with a DO NOT send money to them in big letters. Most players aren't going to care if it doesn't onvolve their money being kept. Bur, if there is no legitimate reason....they should be shut down. The fact that they haven't even given a reason is already unacceptable GL

They have already answered this and they say "they are verifying my account". They said this to me 4.5 months ago and today it's the same excuse they are still using.

That is what I mean. Verifying an account means nothing. And doesn't take 4 months. They need to give it to you or state a legitimate reason. If you don't get that tell the guy helping you exactly that. Nothing else is acceptable. What do they want you to do show up in Costa Rica or wherrever they are to pick it up? Nonsense

I was supposed to have a Skype video interview yesterday with DSI to confirm my identity but they did not reach out to me on Skype yesterday.

I called again today and magically every manager/supervisor is in a meeting for the 30th straight time I've called.

Just called again and the managers/supervisors are no longer in a meeting....... "but are now all out to lunch and can't speak for another 2 hours. Call back later."

Called DSI once again and was told "The Manager Irene is in the building but she can not talk to you." I was not given any further explanation as to why can't talk to me.

I called BetDSI today and the representative notified me that "all managers are here but they are not willing to talk to you." Representative then told me he pleaded with them "Please talk to him for 2 minutes" and they said no.

If this guy is getting screwed out of 20,000 dollars it should be put up in big letters and spammed all over since they were not only advertised here but apparently many people have played with them.
