by the way, a mod edited my original subject from "BetCRIS steals from the small better". I didn't mean it to be an inflamatory post, but I stand by it as being true. No matter the amount, it IS stealing.

If they decided to only handle wagers in denominations of $10 people would be in an uproar about this. But since it doesnt affect the rich, the poor will just get poorer.

Ivy, consider playing elsewhere. Not being facetious because I agree with you that CRIS may not be the best place for a small bettor, but for me I couldn't imagine not playing there. Overall they are a top 3 book IMO but doesn't mean they are for everyone.

I think we should try to hack into BetCris's accounting system and do what they were trying to do in the movie "Office Space" or in "Superman III".

All that change adds up you know. :103631605 :103631605

This is the most rediculous justification you could have. There is absolutely no additional cost for a book when dealing with a $10 bet versus a $10,000 bet. And I would strongly argue that there is a VERY low marginal cost for each additional bet placed no matter the size.

There are additional operating costs - they have to chat with, answer the phone for, and deal with email from people with $50 in their account. This employment costs are the same as someone with $50K in their account.

Not really, depends upon whether they are a high maintenance client or not.

Someone who only uses the web page, and never emails or telephones, only incurs the incremental cost when and if they make a withdrawal.

ivyconniver is right, it's a shoddy practice due to shoddy software.

In contrast I suspect a BIG exchange calculates to 3 or 4 decimals since every once in a while I seem to get an extra penny in my account.

ivyconniver- with everybody telling you that you are stupid to be pissed about this...I will just say, yeah that is B.S. you have a right to be pissed.

Someone said if you are betting that small then you probably shouldn't be betting anyway...more b.s. Years ago I started that small betting 10 bucks a game. I had the same crap with BOS back then...it pissed me off too. Needless to say off of my first deposit I have been playing with house money ever sense and have a substantial bankroll now...that 1-9% theft hurts when you deserve the same fair shot as any high roller and are trying to grow your roll
