due to this thread I have been on a ARBY's 2 week binge.
Went there about 4 times in the last 2 weeks.
I love there roost beef on wheat.

Have not been getting the sandwich that you guys have been talking about due to the nutritional content.

But the Roost beef max is packed with almost 50 grams of protein and taste great.

didn't know you could get wheat.. Ill have to try it...

Before the only time I got arbys was Wednesday nights they offer 5 reg arbys for $5... then it was 5.55... then the portions shrunk drastically... got back home a couple weeks ago and the price was $7 for the 5 shrunken arbys sandwichs. Still tastey but no longer a great deal. I just don't eat it often, well before this brisket house sandwich. I treat myself to one every 2 weeks or so. (edit, realized its only been a couple weeks since I started this thread. Had it 4 times total. so I guess I get it every week and it still feels like I hold myself back from it lol)

extra time in the gym tonight lol

Used to love the 5 for $5, and even still great value at 5 for $5.55. I'd throw the bread away off 3, and make 2 Monsters! haha Now, it's not worth it because they seem smaller than Juniors. I actually enjoyed the Gyro they had as well, but they did away with it.

really. had no idea.
well kudos to wendy owners with the brisket house... marks against for these tiny sandwichs... its surprising they are the same company. arby's building are usually the absolute worst of the fast food conditions... wendy's image seems important to them as their builiding are usually very nice...

Well I just did a google to make sure what I said was true.

Turns out I had it backwards.

Arby's bought out Wendy's.

So Arby's owns Wendy's and not the other way around.

I think a lot of these fast food places are getting skimpy on the portion sizes. I went to Captain D's last night (first time in about a year) and i couldnt believe how the fish shrunk. Not only were the pieces half the size they used to be but 1 piece only had fish on one half , the other half was fried batter. ... i was embarrased to have even purchased it.

Matt, I agree with you on the fat thing on every fat other then non natural transfats.

I eat a lot of regular and saturated fat but the transfat raises the bad and lowers the good cholesterol.

Time actually has nothing to do with my beliefs actually. Organic Grass-Fed Butter and Organic Coconut oil for the win! I (and other knowledgeable trainers, doctors, and nutritionists) have been saying it for years, now it's about TIME!! :) Saturated Fats, and Fats in general, ARE NOT THE ENEMY!

I agree with all that.

Only fat that I avoid is transfat.
