I am a brisket freak so my expectations are going to be damn high but I'm going to give it a shot.

A lot of really good BBQ joints down here within a couple miles, where they actually DO smoke the brisket on an open pit all day and slice it fresh, so Arby's is gonna have to come strong to pull it off down here.

Have you ever been to Smoque? I've heard that's the place to go for brisket.

I take it you've found Jim n Nicks and Golden Rule eh ?

I love Jim n Nicks but i like the golden rule sauce better , sometimes i get J n N to go and get golden rule sauce from the grocery store. Heh.

Yeah, J&N is solid, I also like Full Moon's brisket. Forgot you're right down the road.

what is with the mayo hate, if I weren't a health freak I'd put mayo on everything, I love it. Call it aioli, add in chipotle, toss in a couple ingredients call it thousand island whatever the hell ways you want to fancy up mayo or straight up mayo it's all good to me. It hurts my soul to say no mayo.

We had a popeyes here for about a year, nobody went and it was gone within a year, all this po boy talk makes me regret not having tried it. We're woefully underserved by the fast food market...it's the big 3 here, mcds, bk, wendys and then subways, even the arbys are shutting down there is like 1 or 2 tops, nothing to speak of in good mexican fast food if such a thing exists, just got a couple 5 guys...kfc and churchs for chicken...both suck here. Oh we got a chipotle and 2 fatburgers. And our bbq is weak, I actually have to head across the border to get some decent bbq. And I live in Vancouver, im not in the sticks. I'd kill for a chick fil a here

Loaded chili hotdogs...

The Varsity in Atlanta, Georgia.

Every time I visit Atlanta...I hit The Varsity.

Three all the way dogs, fries and onion rings with coke.

Will have to give the Arby's sammich a try. I live near one but somehow never manage to go there.

As far as fast food though, there is absolutely nothing on this earth that bears a RomanBurger from Mr Hero:

Whenever I go visit family in Ohio, I make sure to get one of these on every single trip. Hamburger meat, grilled salami on top, provolone cheese, Italian dressing...it sounds bizarre at first. But saying it's phenomenal doesn't do it justice. If you're lucky enough to live within 50 miles of a Mr Hero, I automatically hate you.
