BTW how long have you been taking "advantage" of those poor girls down there? :toast:
I'm just not a hot weather guy I guess. Lived most of my life when I've had the choice, where you freeze your ass off (not to mention other parts). IF I had ever moved it would have been West, always thought I'd like Seattle. BOL Pal.

Silver7....I left Costa Rica 4 months ago and now live in Pattaya Beach, Thailand........My daughter lives outside Seattle, if you like rain Seattle is the place for you, but when it is sunny, it is such a wonderful place to be..

25, 29, 32, 0ver 35, get real

The question was feel old, not actually be old. Old is 10 years older than I am. I think I've spent my entire life swinging between feeling frail and feeling vibrant -- hopefully that won't change even when I'm 70

I here all the time that you feel better once you get past 40 because you live a healthier life, which makes perfect sense.

This year @ 50. Sciatic nerve problem 6 months, bursitis in shoulder last 6 weeks. Still played hoops, flag football, golf, etc... til spring of this year. Haven't worked out in 7 months hoping to start today(long road back as 3-4 weeks will be just a buildup with the hope of no minor physical discomfots). Usec to do cross-fit worj=kour=ts as well-very demanding. Check out crossfit.com

VD,

Cool... Is there much of a language barrier? What do you find
yourself doing in a typical day there? Doing a lot of golfing?

How does the cost of living compare to the US, and Costa Rica?

Somewhere around late 30s early 40s when I couldn't shoot hoops and hang in with the young guys. That sucks. At 45 I was still playing hoops one day and 2 weeks later was having open heart surgery. That really sucks. That definitely qualifies as feeling old.
