and you won't be able to use our PM system until you are off it.

In time, you should be off PostReview.

As a Newbie, why are you looking to PM so fast ?

I was always told real bookies don't lock in pointspreads. I got a new bookie who already released lines for CFL and NFL next week, and I can lock 'em in. How can he do this without getting crushed on weak lines? weak players?

I will assume that you are talking about a local. It is not very smart for a small time bookie to be locking in lines for this coming weekend. It is common, however, for them to issue parlay cards with the lines obviously locked in. Believe me when I tell you not all bookies are even close to being the same and many go under because they don't know what they're doing. I'd be careful with this one as you could end up getting stiffed if he gets buried.
