So much for the tie in the Big D, Wings now back up 2-1.

Let's see if the Melkman can deliver....delivery time!

Last nine games at home, Rays are 9-0 and have a 1.95 ERA.

Glad to see Cano hitting the ball hard, unfortunately doesn't put any runs on the board.

Don't fret yet.

Rays might make an error in the fifth to help you catch up on the tiebreaker categories

Not fretting yet, just not the way I wanted this to begin. Would've liked the lead to change hands a couple of times to make it more interesting.

Well, in past seasons I think the Yanks could have counted on at least one game being a double digit win. Let's keep 'em real quiet until they leave town.

AROD eligible to play again on Thursday, but the TV crew down here says it's unlikely he'll be ready.

Unlikely ARod will play this week according to Girardi.

And meanwhile, Chris "Fat Kid" Britton walks Eva Longoria...oh I mean Evan (hey, I'm grasping for any smack I can throw).

For some reason I am getting MLB Extra Innings tonight, so I can watch all the games if I'd like. I hope I didn't order it during a moment of drunken foolishness.

How many do the Rays draw for a game against the Yanks? Other teams?

I can't believe there are a lot of empty seats at the Trop tonight.

Longoria-Aki-Pena

DRays may have strongest infield defense in the American League

======
Traditionally, TBay has drawn crowds of about 50% higher than their average for NYY

Which on Mondays past was about 15,000 compared to 10,000

Not sure what they've got today, but I heard on radio chat in the afternoon that tickets weren't selling at heavy pace....yet

If they hang today and win tomorrow, I gots to believe they could pull 30K on Wednesday for Shields
