You can do WW's but you really just need to Cut out anything that is White !! White Flour,White Bread, Pasta !!
Use Light Butter ! No Cake, Cookies, Pasta ( can use Whole Wheat Pasta )
Special K is Good in the Mornings, some Eggs ( twice a week )
I'm a Pizza Nut, but you can Have Whole Wheat Pizza ! Not bad at all !
Snacks could be Fruit, apples,Pears,Light Popcorn ( 93% fat free )
Can eat a whole bag a night !
But when you say , A Diet you won't gain back AFTER the diet ???
No Such thing.. After you lose that 20lbs or so, Doesn't mean you can go back and eat all the things you cut out !!
it's also enlightening to find out how many pts are in commonly consumed item. I think a can of coke (i drink like 6 a day) was like 1/4 the points allowed.
Yeah basically i had to stop right away with regular soda, as Diet is zero points while each cup of soda was like 2 points, when i can only have 30 points daily
Also have to totally cut out candy,chocolate, and cheeses
Best thing ever, I lost 32 lbs from it. Drink youre water as much as you can, first week you will lose the most. Then it took me about 5 months. Seriously you just need to follow the points and eat what you want, but stay within youre points for the day.
diet sodas are worse for you then regular sodas. They actually cause you to gain more weight, not from the soda but from some stuff in the soad which causes you to eat more. Also all those artifical sweetners are just plain bad.
Do some research on the net and you will see what i mean.
I went back to drinking regular soda, just cut way back the amount of them i will have. Mostly drink water now.
