Will i lose weight if i constantly have huge suppers just stay within the guidelines with small breakfasts and lunches?

thinking of saving up about twice a week on first two meals to have a nice supper

if u get all the info for the diet...this type of saving up u are talking bout is what the 35 EXTRA points are for per week.

If u are a 30 pt per day person ...u should prolly plan a 6 -8 pt breakfest and lunch and a 12 pt dinner , filling in the day with 0 pt snacks , or 1-2 pt delights.

For dinner try smart ones (they have pts right on them...(or if u get a calculator for the pt formula, u can use lean cuzine as well)) , most meals are 6-8 pts, so on a night where u have enough pts...have two....dont be afraid to eat things u normally eat, but Always stay in ur pt range....and if u have one of those crazy bar nights, or nights out at resturant, alot of them are online (try dietfacts.com) or in the WW books....count ur points regaurdless and jus use the 35 additional...

for what u were mentioning u can do 2 nights of 17-18 pts extra...or have a one night splurge of pizza (4-6 pts per slice) with ur 35 pts.

Goodluck and the diet definitly works...I know about 8-10 people on it including 5 very close to me (and im on it as well)....I had personally lost 25 lbs in the first month..and am currently in month 3 down 37 total

exercise is normally needed for diets...but i would have to say this is the one diet that already includes the dirty work for u.
^ if u want to have a few extra pts one night (drinks or pizza) then do an hour of working out and u can earn 2-4 more pts that day...good for an extra slice, or two more light beers :103631605

ONE THING U MUST KNOW!!!!!

Weight watchers is a lifetime commitment......this is why people actually lose weight on this diet and keep it off..

The point system is set so that u are using about 500 -1000 calories less than their formula says a person should eat to maintain body weight...so once u are done and u have met your target weight loss, ur points are then recalculated to match that old number to maintain and stabalize.

This is kinda a tough pill to swallow...but i do promise u this diet WILL WORK, and as long as u are HONEST about EVERY PT u digest....u can eat WHATEVER u WANT.

BTW the secret to eating alot of home cooked meals u are used to...(things cooked in oil COOK WITH PAM (olive oil flavor) ZERO POINTS...jus spray it EXTRA generously and it works....ALSO a must have is Spray (i cant believe its not butter ZERO POINTS)

THAT is the FREEDOM.

Have fun and GL

Wow good job man! :toast:

glad for that response i really will digest what you wrote.

Love the idea of doing pushups and situps for 20 minutes before i go out for pizza :pope:
The one thing i love about WW is that from all people i have asked about it, 100% of them gave it great reviews, while all other diets have about a 50% approval rating

Will keep updating this thread if i see the diet is really working, to motivate some fattys here :Carcajada::drink:

rather than spending $400 a month on other people's prepared food the easiest, cheapest, and healthiest diet is to consume less calories than your body burns. Here is a free website that I am using to help lose weight. I have lost 8 pounds in about 3 weeks but that is usually because I drink lots of whiskey on the weekends wahooo!!! The beauty of this diet/lifestyle is that you can save calories for booze or a piece of cake or whatever. You can have bad days but this is a great guideline to eat healthy..check it out

U have to use youre points accordingly during the day. They say breakfast is most important as it kick starts youre metabolism. I think I got 35 points a day. then you get 35 bonus points per week. You can split them to 5 points a day or use all 35 for lets say a friday night party with extra food or something. Stick by the points and you will lose the weight big time.

I am 6'6" weighing 280 lbs or so, cutting down to 210 or there abouts. I am doing a 3-year total body transition. Have a personal trainer, on a strict diet and doing 1+ hour of steady cardio everyday. It is going to be worth it. After I hit my desired weight I am really going to start hitting the weights hardcore, bulking up as much as I can.

Good luck with your goal. :103631605
