Setting up mobile housing pays around 170k a year and that's only working half the year. Not sure what job pays 330k to start.

I actually talked to my wife about this last night and she is on board. We do not have kids and if I could bring in 180K she would not have to work and the 30-30 would work out great. I seen this as sort of a pipe dream last night, but after the research, it looks to be something that is very intriguing to me.

Well, I sure hope not. About 10 years ago when I brought in 60K she didn't have to work and you don't have any kids. She should not have to work on you making 50K or less provided you guys live within your means.
