I have no experience with Russians, but I did date a czech girl for a short time. I did like her alot until I just could not put up with all the "drama" that comes with dating a stripper. I also had a guy from Laos that was trying to sell off his sisters and cousins. One of my buddies took the bait and paid about 10k to have her shipped over. She was very hot, but was always cheating on him with another guy who she knew from her country. He put up with it for awhile, but finally could not put up with the HORRIBLE smell that he had to come home to from the CRAP that she cooked.

Ya, sorry I dont mean to discourage you. I peronally think it is a good way to go! Just know that the main motivation for her is to get her and not let her break you heart or more importantly your bank account!
